  • When can I begin?

    We start community groups 3-4 four times a year, so you will get onboarded together with development peers. The next groups starts on Monday the 28th of October 2024 at 15.00 CEST and on Wednesday the 6th of February 2025 15.00 CEST and have 4 x bi-weekly 2-hour online live sessions for the first journey. All session will be recorded.

  • What is the cost?

    The price for the leadership community is 2000 Euro / 2300 USD / 15.000 DKK.

  • What is included in the price?

    Onboarding, 3 leadership development journeys, 2 x 30 min. 1-1 call with a coach (value 530 Euro in itself), 9 x Q&A webinars, 24/7 access to a customised AI-coach and a community of peers, learning sessions with buddy groups. Transportation, food and hotel for f2f events are not included. Extra coaching sessions can be purchased complementary.

  • Where is the f2f events held?

    The two f2f events are held in London and in Copenhagen.

  • How much time do I have to allocate the online journeys

    Each journey consists of 4 steps. The time spend varies because of reflection exercises. But the average time is 5 hours per journey.

  • How many participants are in one group?

    We strive for approximately 10 people per group. But we take into account how well of a match the participants are, hence there will be groups a bit larger than 10 and smaller. The minimum is 7 people per group and the maximum is 15.

  • How do I sign up?
